All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
Free shipping on all products for India delivery
The complete order amount including delivery charges (if any) will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
Orders will be delivered in 5-7 business days post shipping
Return & Exchange Policy
Replacement/Refund/Cancellation/Return Policy of United Nutrition India (www.unitednutrition.in):
We take stringent safety measures to make sure that your orders arrive in perfect condition. However, there is a remote chance that:
During transit, the order may be damaged.
There could be a manufacturing flaw.
You have received the incorrect item.
Only in the cases specified above will we replace the item at no additional cost or refund the entire amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 9 days of the order's receipt.

Except for the reasons stated above, no returns or exchanges will be permitted once the order has been processed.
In the event of a claim for missing items / leakage / breakage / damage / incorrect product, an unboxing video with the original packaging is required.
To request a refund or replacement, please send an email to info@unitednutrition.in or call us at 1800-120-2215 with your order number and state the reason for replacement/refund in detail.
We will not be held liable for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our prior approval.
If the replacement item is not available, we will do our best to provide the best alternative, but the customer's choice will be final.
If the customer has already paid, a full refund will be issued if the product is not available or has not shipped.
For a refund on a Cash on Delivery order, the user must fill out a form that accepts bank account information to refund the amount.
Note:
The management's decision on damaged/defective product and/or credit issuance is final and binding. Furthermore, management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforementioned conditions/policy without prior notice, and such modification/alteration shall be final and binding.
